Usui Reiki Ryoho is a traditional Japanese energy healing system formulated by Dr Usui Mikao in the 1900's. Reiki is a sought after treatment for those wishing to help alleviate pain, reduce stress and restore energy levels.

It helps to bring balance back to the mind, body, spirit complex and develops self awareness.

Set aside 90 minutes for your Reiki treatment; a 15 minute informal chat and consultation followed by a full 60 minute Reiki treatment and 15 minute integration space at the end. 

​

The client can choose to either sit comfortably in a chair or lie down on the treatment couch. They will recieve Reiki energy channelled through the practitioners palms which will be laid on or held above the body of the client. This gentle healing energy will penetrate deep into the mind, body, spirit complex of the reciever to help restore homeostatic balance and trigger the immune response.

 

My treatments are performed fully clothed and I require the client to remain fully clothed excepy from shoes when on the treatment couch.
